Brand new to this forum as I'm getting nowhere with Numark or Serato on this :-)

On my old Mixtrack Pro 3, when I pressed Shift and clicked Browse dial down it would open a crate with multiple sub-crates in Serato. When I do that with my new Pro FX, the crate doesn't open. The Prepare icon just flashes blue. Am I doing something wrong or has this function been junked?

Very grateful for any help or info on this!
