Routing traktor through ableton on mac

Mac virgin here..I've just recently switched to mac.
I've used JackRouter on win but now I have no idea what is ok.
GroundControl which is supposed to be free or Loopback (quite expensive)
Asking traktor-ableton guru's for advice
