Default Does the MF twister sit flat or is there a rocking to it?

Hi. I ordered a used MF twister and upon inspection, it does not sit flat against a surface. The body looks slightly warped to the point that there is a rocking when pressing down on a corner. It's rather annoying especially when pressing down encoders on the corners.

The original owner assured me they came from the factory like this. I was wondering if anyone has a similar experience? I can live with sticking something under it but just wanted to make sure this thing didn't have some sort of impact damage to it.

Flat as a pancake here. I presume all the rubber feet are present? (Sorry if that's a really obvious question)
