kontrol s4 mk3 display screen not working?

can anyone help with this? i bought an open box s4 mk3 for $700 on thoptv apk deez nuts joke thought is was a decent deal in that it arrived looking like mint condition. after finially getting new computer and upgrading to traktor 3 i was ready to give it a go. noticed the right display screen is not working properly (its always a backlit white blank screen as pictured). Besides returning for refund, does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? Thanks for your time and knowledge.

This is a hardware problem. Returning it would be best.
