Apple Silicon, Utility won't run, MF Twister is not recognized. iOS, Intel Mac OK
Hi gang,
Just got delivery of MFT. Lovely package, great feel, arrived quickly.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all on my main computer, Mac MINI M1, 2020.
OS is Version 103.0.5060.114.
MF Utility will not run. Quits immediately in boot, every time.
Device is not recognized by either Ableton or MIDI Monitor. Does not show up in dialogs, no messages received.
Unit and software works okay on an old MacBook Air and also on iOS 11 iPad.
(Currently no window machines in my household)
Can get some use of it in this circumstance, but certainly not what I was counting on....
Can anyone confirm if they see the same issue on MI Mac?
Or if you are successful, pls let me know
Best regards

I had some different issues too with my M1 Air, the mf-utility was rebooting endless when the Twister was connected. The device itself worked fine.
Updating the Twisters utility to the newest version and re-name the Twister, which was recognized as generic midi controller to "Midi Fighter Twister" in MacOS Audio-Midi settings (use spotlight search to opening), helped. I also updated the Twister to its newest firmware on my old Intel Macbook. Now the mf-utility works again.
