2_4 tsi w/ keylock instead of EQ FX

thanxs Ean for the killer tsi’s. I definitely appreciate all you bring to this community. I had to sacrifice the EQ FX in the latest tsi for KEYLOCK, as I need this function for my style. I’ve tested this tsi out and it runs smoothly.

a lot of people are scared of eq fx .. i dont remember if Ean has finally added soft takeover on the EQ mappings. however i find the soft takeover to be lacking in Traktor Pro, so I suggested some improvements.
