4TRAK, CDJs. and F1s??

Hey,
I’m looking into buying a Numark 4Trak.
Does anyone know if it is somehow possible to have the have the 2 channels set to take input from my CDJs while still running 2 track decks and 2 remix decks in Traktor? I figure since my F1’s have volume control, they wouldn’t have to be controlled by the 4trak, but the guy in the store said they still need a channel for their audio from the software.

No I do not believe you can. Unfortunately traktor is limited to 4 decks at a time. I use the same controller as you don’t believe it’s a limitation of the controller more of the software controlling it. Hope that helps
