I feel you mate, I would be very angry if that was my case.
Iām learning of this, when Traktor Pro was about to show, they gave Traktor 3 for 100 bucks. Maybe that offer now means Traktor Pro 2 is near. I wonāt buy another software till the next version is comming, all the bugs are fixed and I got a nice discount for it. If you buy it the moment they release it you pay the full price basically to be a beta tester and lose your time complaining at their forum about all the bugs instead of enjoying your purchase which should be already spot on when you pay for it, unfortunately this has become a common practice for all software companies: āOh well, weāll fix that in the next updateā
They wonāt screw me anymore, if you buy something that itās not software you pay for a finished product to use it right away and not to help the company to finish their job, why has to be different with software products?
Someone, somewhere, let slip not to long ago that the future was to behold some interesting things. Free upgrades with purchase and now half price upgrades all add up to that future getting closer and closer.

I bought Traktor Scratch 2 weeks before Traktor Scratch Pro came out (id being using Traktor 2 & 3 for 4 years previous) and i got a free upgrade to TSP through the Grace Period offer.

Planning on getting TSP before the months end to compliment the turntables I will finally be getting I loved running just controllers but Iāve honestly always wanted DVS, canāt pass the deal up

If you want to go DVS, buy the audio8dj, then buy āTraktor scratch pro certified upgradeā. This costs 399+149.99=548.99$ as opposed to 599$ for TSP+audio8 package. Also, you will then have a spare copy of Traktor pro which you can sell! BUT you will not get the multicore cables with the certified upgrade, so youāll need to buy your own.. (but then again youāve just saved >50$)
can anyone confirm this?
^^ where are you coming up with 149.00 for the upgrade, is that USD? Iām seeing 169.00 
2 multicore costs 33.00 so the savings are not really significant.

Me too man, got the NI email today and upgraded on like the 30th. This exact thing happened when I bought my sound card when they offered cheap upgrades when you buy one of the audioās (2,4,8ās). Bought mine like a couple of weeks before.
I asked if theyād give it to me anyway but no dice.
the most economical way to get to TSP would be to but TSduo and then upgrade to pro from there.
Just spotted the '* excludes hardware products" so no TP ā TSP for me ā¦
I wish they would completly redo the midi mapping section. I think itās a huge reason a lot of people are so dependant on āinternet mappingsā with traktor. It should be way easier and more streamlined to pull evolved mapping, but with the way the interface is done, its just not clear enough.
Iām thinking about updrade traktor le to pro.I still have one cracked version at windows 7,with problems like needs of task manager to close traktor.You think that i have to format first my laptop(sony vaio with cpu i3 series) to do the upgrade?I should better go to the old and really stable windows xp?(i have heard a person with original traktor and windows7 with same closing traktor issue)

At the very least you should completely uninstall the cracked Traktor before installing LE.
yeah thatās sure but iām thinking also about format because brand new had installed a lot of sony applications which are useless for me.
yeah my HP notebook came with all sorts of crap too 
Glad I installed linux and then reverted back to windows 7 (legit) so I now have the same as before without the bollox.
Make sure you have your windows product key stored safe (if you decide to format)
