6+ minute track loads into traktor as a 16 bar loop…Why and how can I reverse?

Hi all,
I have a track that I really dig & wanna mess around with in traktor. But for some reason it loads up only a 16 bar sample cut and I can’t figure out why. I’ve deleted the file and tags from my collection, and additionally tried deleting the file from the harddrive and then reloading it and importing again, but for some reason I keep having the same issue. It says it is a 320kbps bit rate. Any help is appreciated.

Can u play the full track outside of traktor? If so can u drag that playable track directly into the deck from outside traktor?

Out of morbid curiosity, find the song in your Traktor library, right click > “Set as track”, see if that works.
