looks like it has motorized faders so probably a live console.
It has a screen so probably something like what’s on the Korg Zero 8/ DJM-2000.

it looks like a live sound desk…a digital one…the motorised faders suggest you can recall settings for different acts etc as entered during sound check. could also be used a studio controller for DAWs perhaps?
