A Little Help?

Hi there,

The issue I’m having is: I sometimes get pops and clicks in my mix. They’re subtle, but noticeable in my mind.

My thoughts are it’s either my computer, or my settings?

I’m trying to figure out what are good specs for a computer to run Traktor smoothly. Currently I’m using an Compaq Presario C700 with Intel Dual Core 1.6Ghz, 2 Gb Ram, and I’m using the Audio 8 DJ for a sound card (Windows 7 beta).

Or are there settings that would optimize Traktor and minimize these issues?

I’ve already gone the latency website and it did say my comp would have some problems with live audio so what would I need?

Its designed for vista but basicly everything will apply for windows 7 aswell.

No problem, you might have to do a bit of digging around to work out how to do the same things inside of Windows 7 but it will be time well spent.
