A little mashup (The End + Antidote)

Hey, I just made a little (I don’t know if you could call it that but) mashup with The End (Tommy Trash) and Antidote (SHM)

Shouldnt be 10 minutes long (Felt like it shouldve ended at around 5 minutes where the outro beat was…dont get why you had the outro beat and then dropped back into the breakdown of antidote) Rather than playing the tracks over eachother try alternating between them.

Yeah, I agree with you. That’s more of a mashup then. This is more something that could work in a mixtape I guess?

not even, going back and forth like this during a mixtape for 10 minutes would make people not wanna listen because it would drag on

Thanks for the feedback you give me. What would you suggest I do? becuase I really like the part when I have the lyrics from Antidote and the melodi from The end:slight_smile:

try just having the breakdown from antidote, it might turn out to be way better

You mean just have the lyrics from Antidote and then don’t even bother playing Antidote afterwards?

this is how you should try structurign it:
first start with the intro and first breakdown of antidote
then drop into the end
transition into the second breakdown of antidote
drop back into the end..thats how I would do it

sorry if I’m demanding, but I’m not very good with the words you give me. What’s the breakdown? And if I get it right, you wouldn’t have played the drop of Antidote in the mashup? Just use the End for the drop?

Please, if you are able to, describe more becuase I’m a noob.

I think I understand now, when I checked how you made your mashups. First play Antidote until the first drop should come, then switch over with the drop of The End. Then at the downbreak on The End, play the lyrics of Antidote (as I’m doing) and then just let The End finish it of so that Antidote doesn’t get to drop?

close :wink: try to play the breakdown (when theres no beat and it has the vocals) just alone without the end and try to see how that sounds
