A query on selling my traktor scratch pro

Not selling anything. (yet)
I was just wondering, if i were to sell my traktor scratch pro with the audio 8 and everything with it being already registered will there be any problems?
What do i need to do? do i need to reactivate the account 1st or call/email native instrument or anything?
pls help!
