Ableton Live 9: Returntrack with Autofilter

I want to slowly filter everything out, say about 12 tracks, except a vocal track and the pad track, what would be the best way to do it? When you stick it on a return u still have all the original signal going to the master unless you switch the output to sends only. But now all of your channels are going to that return and I dont want that, or do I? I think im missing out something…thx for helping

Send all the tracks you want to filter to a new unused audio track, you’re basically creating a buss. Add the filter or use and EQ to filter everything out on that new audio track
