Accelerometers
The really nice ones have 3 axis (ADXL330). So that means you need 3 analog ports to plug into.
Anyone had good experience with these types of things outside of a wiimote?
I’d like to build a wristband with an accelerometer (with it’s sensor on my middle finger like a ring.) I think it’d be wicked to control effects with the wave of a hand. But I’m curious as to how possible it’d be…

With my obsession with all things wireless, I was thinking about gutting a wireless joystick for the job. (I think most joysticks have 3-4 analog sensors, am I right?)
Seems like it’d be a simple cut and paste job.
