advice on cans

hi guys, looking for a new set of headphones as ive just broken my hd 25’s, (drove over them!! so not worth repairing) :disappointed: i want something with quite a small profile similar to the hd25 but only have about £100 to spend, any suggestions??

Hd25 sp?

i fancy something other than sennheisers, i know theyre the danglies but still, would like to give something else a try, just not sure what

Ultrasone DJ1/DJ1 Pro’s are never a bad choice

I haven’t and wouldn’t try anything else. But alot of people like sony and pioneer.

foldable or not?

You got your avatar sorted then?

not fussed if they fold or not, have plenty of space in my bag, what you thinking?? i like the sound from sony’s and pioneers but they just feel huge on my head, loive the look of the tma-1’s but like i say only got about £100 to spend at the min and need some asap

@ nephew, have you used the ultrasone’s how big are they in comparison to say the hd25’s or pioneer hdj 1000?? they look ok

Just check Juno, Decks and Digital Village, they’ve all got loads of stuff in your price range.

Shut up >.> save as gif… 6KB =_=

The HDJ500s would be a good choice in small sized headphones

As for sony the v500 would be the ones but… I just dont know about how they would be.

Then again you’re talking to someone who loves big headphones.:stuck_out_tongue:

How bout audio technica headphones?
I’ve had a set for four years now, still going strong

the best headphones I’ve used,
nice and loud great for djing in clubs

hmmm im liking the look of the pioneer 500’s, so they may well be an option, has anyone tries wesc’s i quite like the look of them, but its not all about looks

@ willinfluence, which model do you use? there seem to be a hell of a lot.

ultraz r huge, but i like it

What

ATH-700 PROS mrk2 Is the ones I’ve got

hahaha my thoughts exactly

if you are looking for some smaller cans you should defo check out the aiaiai tma-1´s or the technics rp-dj 1200!

The ultrasone dj1 pros are pretty big. Really nice phones and solid, but check the non pro dj1s if you want something small.
