Akai APC40 & MPK25 need HQ USB2 cables?

Title says it all; not sure if I need to buy 1 of the High-quality USB2 cables (just for the MOTU Hybrid UltraLite-mk3) or 3-4 for all my USB stuff for my laptop? I have a bunch of ferrite chokes, & the short-but-thin USB cables are labeled “Hi-speed”, so is the extra $30 worth it please? RL experiences would help.

Use what you have and if there are no issues then save your money.

BTW, I use an APC40 with supplied cable…no problems at all.

Same, I think high quality USB cables are mainly important when sound is being relayed through the USB cable, which benefits from a clean, wide signal which ferrite helps filter.
