Akai MPD 24 freeze.

Hello friends!

I use traktor pro with a Xponent and a Akai MPD 24, and everything is lovely except one thing.

I use the MPD 24 to trigger cue points for 4 decks, and the unit always freeze after like 5 minutes of use or something like that.
The screen on the actual unit does not change at all when pressing buttons (normally it would indicate what midi note I was sending etc.)
And none of my actions on it sends any midi to Traktor.

This is really annoying, I have emailed Akai’s support and they have not answered for 3 months.

I have no idea what the problem could be, and I am not that good with midi so I was wondering if anyone here knows what might be the problem?

I managed to solve this by disabling midi out to the MPD 24 from Traktor.

Apparently the mpd24 does not like to receive midi from traktor, so simply uncheck midi out to the mpd24 and it won’t freeze.
