Nice setup! Nice to see some torque for a change lol. That laptop placement seems less than ideal though…

Speakers have powerful magnets in em, hard drives don’t like powerful magnets.
Speakers generate vibrations, hard drives don’t like vibrations.

as far as the computer goes its not always there just the i let me friend borrow the double laptop stand. and as for the placement the Torq Xponent has a mouse pad on it and i have it all programmed where i don’t have to touch the computer.

You need to;

  1. not have your laptop there, it will fall.
  2. not have your laptop there, the speakers will damage it.
  3. not have your speakers so close to one another, will sound awful.
  4. move the desk more to the right, space the speakers at least 100cm apart.
  5. get your own laptop stand.

nice! cool seeing a different dj software setup! as opposed to traktor and serato. Did you try any others and then decide on torq?
