as object possess these two machines and I have this problem a few months ago that my mac does not recognize my Xone dx more like a sound card also looking at volumes in the panel instead of the Xone dx is written oupt I try to select this item, but does not take into I also dial in traktor is selected no longer allen & heat Xone dx but bensi allen & heat Xone dx (audio kore) and can not figure out how to solve this problem there someone who can help me please thanks and sorry for my english
It might be worth trying a different USB cable.
I actually have a problem with the mac has a usb 3.0 while the Xone dx has a 2.0 and make it work I had to use a usb adapter say that this could be the cause? I already tried to replace the cable, but the problem remains
