I’m looking for a set of rotary encoder knobs for maschine, I found the set by jesse dean designs and was wondering if anyone else made aluminum encoder knobs that fit that do not have a center detent mark? Pardon Our Interruption... these are all I can find but a little pricey and maybe there’s something better looking out there I’m not aware of
Yeah some of my family do a secret santa thing online with a $100 limit and I had no idea what I wanted and asked for some stuff to pimp out my maschine since it is my new favorite tool.
I just got the aluminum knobs - great except that theyre not centered, so kind of wobble. I might switch back to the plastic knobs. Has anyone experienced this? or am I installing them wrong??
sorry, I meant the half circle of the actual metal piece on the maschine. I screwed it so that it would hit the flat part. but are your new knobs smooth? mine wobble cuz theyre not centered…
also the knobs have to be slightly raised, then tightened, otherwise it scrapes the bottom. thats fine, but wobbly knobs not centered is making me miss the original plastic ones!
i got some nice alum knobs at radio shack, i have one on my apc40 , as the search knob. they were like 3 bucks for 2 i think. i also replaced the other stock knobs with larger notched knobs.
