American Audio 10MXR Shift button/ Hot Cue modifier help.

I just got the AA 10MXR and wanted to see if any one can help me work around this Shift button. Here is the deal.

I set up the hot cues on the left and right 5 buttons but in order to get them to work (trigger) I have to press the shift button on the mixer. If there a a way to set up a modifier or am I screwed and have to press the shift button in order to trigger my hot cues.

Open controller manager and look for ‘Set Store Hotcue’ command. Once you find them just go ahead and remove any modifier conditions.
