Any advice on purchasing a keyboard?

hey guys want to start using a keyboard to produce, thinking oxygen 8 v2, wats your take on it or any other keyboard? thanks

I really like the Akai MPK line. They have velocity sensitive pads, knobs, and sliders, etc. Overall great build too.

do you have a piano background?

hey thanks for the response, Looking for under 200, no piano background and minor percussion but really want to get into this. Need to start somewhere right?
