Hey DJTT, been a follower of the blog for a long time. first post! Any other med student/DJ’s up in here? Definitely no time to pursue our other passion of music! But that’s the way it should be, right? We live vicariously through all of you on the forum. I love just reading about controllers! Just thought I’d share. In my second year right now. How about the rest of you? Back to pharmacology!
It’s small world. I’m starting a pre-nursing program at the end of January and that same weekend resuming an advanced DJ course over at Dubspot.
I love my music but my priority is getting competitive enough grades to enter the clinical phase without too much delay.
Good luck to all of you in your studies!
I’m just glad that I still have my music as an outlet and will continue to practice my skills whenever possible.
Qualified. Hang in there - it get’s better. It’s the path and histo you need to worry about. DON’T put iTunes/Traktor/VirtDJ etc. on your lap-top. FATAL mistake.
i’m currently teaching english in Japan, but the plan is to go to nursing school when my contract is up here. I guess that doesn’t really qualify me to reply to this? ha
Third year nursing student. The labs and clinicals don’t leave much time for mixing but i’m getting by. Someone actually busted one of my technics at a party last week and i haven’t been able to bring it somewhere to get repaired because I’m always in class or the library.
