SHIT!! ive been trying to get a gif down to 19k for 3 weeks now. My next step was to ask you and Jes how you did it!!!
drop the colours down to 32, with a 19.5k limit the max frames you can get away with is about 16 
(i use ulead gif animator, if you want a custom job hit me up on FB)
