Anyone ever built a USB hub into 1200’s
The title says it all.
use a +5v voltage regulator and tap into the target light power. you can place the hub anywhere it will fit

+1 on the voltage regulator though. A 7805 should do the job nicely.

I would stay away from anything “power” related… That wasn’t originally on the deck. When I had the led tone arm it added a little extra buzz
To add on to this. KABUSA actually offers a strobe disable mod for the 1200 because it helps reduce noise by disabling the LED.
Itsw gotta be a pain in the ass to tune the turntable without the strobe.
