Yeah man, NY’s a pretty tight place, if you want nightlife hit up brooklyn (unless you have an un-necessary amount of money to blow on expensive clubs and fake tits, then go to manhattan). Definitely visit the village if you have the time for a nice cultural immersion experience. And if you’re not using public transportation you’re doing it wrong.

and about weed…I love weed its hard to find weed or to smoke like here in mexico with a hitter in the street corners like nothing?

19 is a good enough age for the parties i usually go to, but a lot of the bigger clubs in NYC have more 21+ nights than 18+ nights. Pacha’s cool i think for 18+'s and all age nights if you like the smell of overapplied cologne and jagerbombs. As for buddha, that’s a touchy issue in NYC since it’s still technically illegal (decriminalized in small amounts, just becomes an infraction), but you can find it, even as a tourist.
