Anyone have a VCI-100 firmware upgrade kit in Glasgow

Just wanting to know if anyone in Glasgow or the surrounding area has the firmware upgrade kit for the VCI-100 that i can possibly use to get the new 1.4 firmware. A meet up would be cool or even post it to me and I can paypal a few quid for your troubles!
