Anyone profficient with vocal manipulation?

Im doing a remix of the Anthem from Defcon One. And Want to redo some of the vocals. I am not good with vocal manipulation if someone is looking to collaborate on vocals I have a few projects I am looking for a vocals person for.

Its mainly for Happy Hardcore and Hardstyle

I would look up some tutorials and do your best to learn and then if you still cant get it, then get outside help

Depends on what you mean by “vocal” manipulation. Are you just trying to colour it, or completely mangle it to the point where you can’t even tell what it is?
