Anyone send their unit back yet?

I have to, unfortunately, after having a defective jog wheel :disappointed:

I had to as well, I had a defective set of lighting on the entire thing. Only one side of the decks would light up correctly at a time, and the FX buttons did not work. But instead of sending it back I just had to take it to Guitar Center.

You obviously weren’t out of the 14 day period, correct?

I had a problem with my first unit and I was able to take it back to Guitar center after the 14 day period. I’m not sure if he noticed, or if he was just cool about it. I was at almost a month.

Ah, okay. I’ve been in a NI ticket for about a week now, very slow responses. They will pay for shipping back to their place, as they are going to email me the UPS sticker. Hopefully I get it back asap, I don’t want to be without it for that long :smiley:

My Guitar Center gave me 60 days to return it. :open_mouth:
But I also bought the full warranty thingy from them for 3 years. So my S4 is covered for pretty much everything short of being stolen.
