Probably samples, but somebody could have been playing I guess.
I would say in the Dahlbäck song it’s definitely a synthesizer.
In the second example it’s hard to tell but I would guess it might be “real” electric guitars with “real” meaning it’s not a synth. Nevertheless, the melody will probably have been constructed with sampled guitar sounds so nobody actually recorded this particular electric guitar melody being played live in the studio.
I’m gonna guess the first one’s a synth.
