Arturia Beatstep Mapping cababilities?
I have looked at it and was wondering how much of it’s features I can freely map for Traktor.
I am working towards a Traktor setup with a combination of theese controllers
Evolution UC-33
2xNovation Launchpad
Allen & Heath Xone K2
But was wondering if this would be better.

Arturia Beatstep
Price will be ruffly the same, but I would prefer the launchpad buttons to the Xone buttons (better LED Feedback) and I would like the high number of endless encoders on the Beatstep. On top of that, the 16 pads on the beatstep would function great for Hotcues.
The question is.
Can the pad colors be controlled with midi messages from Traktor?
Is the transport buttons usable for mapping buttons?
Is all encoders including the big jog wheel freely mapable?
I am an expert Midimapper and can map just about anything possible (and even some impossible) things, but if the unit doesn’t send midimessages from all controls, and colors on the pads can’t be controlled by external midi mesdages, then I can’t do magic.
Hope someone can answer my questions.
