Assign inner jog wheel to do pitch bend as outer???

Hi Guys

Can someoone please help me to assign the jog wheel which is used for scrathing in my current .tks file to the same function as the outer part of the jogwheel that is used for pitch bending

ie I want to use the entire jog wheel (inner + outer) just for pitch bending as on a CDJ-200.
