Audio 8 DJ issues with Mavericks…Work around
Hi all…
Long story short, I had hired out my DJM900Nexus at the weekend to a local promotor who was hosting Sneak and Felix Da Housecat…meaning for my own gig, I had to down grade myself to using my old Audio 8 and the venues DJM700…
While testing last thursday i noticed that my MBP crashed twice when experimenting with the Audio 8 as I hadn’t used it for a couple of years. I thought it was all stable until i rigged at the venue…Traktor would not load properly, all effects were greyed out and my midi controller was not working…
After some hair pulling and a couple of restarts, I booted up TSP THEN plugged in the audio 8. It was stable all night, no drop outs or other issues.
