Audio Latency

Hi Forum,

maybe i have a very simple question. On which value do i have to set the latency in Traktor LE in combination with a Macbook Pro and M-Audio Fasttrack Pro USB soundcard ?

Basically set it as low as you can get it without getting pops or crackles. if you can get it to at or below 10ms thats pretty good.
