Audio10dj Issue

Just bought a used Audio 10 off of Ebay. The direct thru output on channel B (white output) is noticeably lower than the red side. This only happens on direct thru, not live input, timecode, etc. How do I get this fixed? I realize there are 3 other direct thru outputs I could use, but changing the output routing in Traktor messes up the deck options (direct thru disappears on the Traktor deck as an option). Aside from using Traktor, I bought the A10 so I could also use 3 turntables with regular vinyl and have turntable 3 at a comfortable distance, since it would be grounded to the A10 and routed through its phono preamp, not the mixer that’s a few feet away.

This was a hardware issue with the early Audio 10s, see Audio 10 Thru mode has problem/CH-B. NI replaced them for free, but this was 3 years ago, I don’t know if they still do it.

Thanks for the reply. I emailed NI, hopefully they get back to me. Of course the eBay seller isn’t responding to messages…
