Best powered USB hub

I’m looking for a new powered USB hub. I have an older D-Link unit and it works OK but I am having some occasional glitches on my S4 that I know are a result of the USB hub. Does anyone have a bulletproof USB powered hub they can recommend? I need 4 ports.

I also need a USB switch so I can switch between my desktop and laptop. Has anyone tried this? Are there any issues?

Currently im using a belkin 7 port hub. It kicks ass no flaws, no USB switch though.
