Best Software/Program for Making a Mix (Note - I am NOT a DJ!)

Hi guys,

I am not a DJ. I don’t have any DJ hardware. About 10 years ago I made a mix using Sonic Foundry Acid so I didn’t have to mix in realtime.

A friend liked the mix & has now asked me to make a longer mix for an upcoming celebration for a family member. I would like to use Acid again because I enjoyed editing the song I was mixing but the problem with Acid was that the whole mix had to be the same BPM.

Can anybody recommend programs that I could use to get make my mix?

It looks like the beat has to instantaneously change at a single point?

Honestly have no idea, I haven’t used Acid since 2002 :expressionless:

also theres http://mixxx.org/ but its pretty technical

make a playlist.. burn to disc
