Bitwig Studio
Anyone here use it? It seems like everything I like about Ableton with the ease of use of FLStudio.
That pretty much sums it up. The basics can be picked up in minutes, literally.. I really love it, I went from FL Studio to Logic when I got a mac, tried Ableton in between but didn’t like it, then tried Bitwig and pretty much dropped Logic in favour of it and never looked back. I don’t think i’ve ever been able to knock up a track as fast as I can now, it’s nice not having to dance around annoyances in the DAW which was the case in Logic.
I’ve used both Ableton and Bitwig. Bitwig is CLOSE, but if you are an Ableton power user, there are some features that you might miss. In particular, I find that it lacks a lot of the built in devices that I make pretty heavy use of.
However, the workflow looks a little bit nicer, I am looking forward to when it finishes catching up so I can switch to it.
I tried Bitwig and didn’t mind it but my workflow is best in Ableton
