Brand new S2 jog wheel problem (Video)
I’ve only had my s2 for 2 days and now this is occurring…anyone have any idea??

UGH I just talked to DJTT they told me to contact NI
…I just got off the phone with NI, they said they were going to email back within a week with instructions and send me a shipping label. They said they were going to have a technician look at it and replace it or send me a new one.
Now I’m kinda thinking I should have purchase it from a local store…now I’ll have to wait probably almost a month

Yeah should have got it at guitar center, presidents day was 15% off the 399.99 and they offer 3 year warranty which covers breaks, liquid damage from drinks etc anything happens they give you a brand new one, i wouldn’t buy anything from this site.
Now you know guitar center = win.
I got my shipping label last night (6 days from complaint) & I sent it today via ups.
Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else…and hopefully I get it back in time because I have a gig already scheduled for the 23rd of March.

I had the same issue with my S2. It was shipped with packaging paper wrapped over the original manufacturer’s packaging and was badly smooshed by the time it got to my door. Sure enough I had a nasty grind on the left wheel. Luckily in my case, the seller handled the replacement.
To me it seems like the S2 was not meant to be shipped like that, but I guess that’s why they’re the professionals. Best of luck with your return!
Had the same problem with mine, but my usb port broke, so I sent it back yesterday. I hope I get new one. As for guitar center 15% off s2 $399 DID NOT APPLY! It was still $399, I bought mine from djtechtools.com because I support them.
