Browser issues
Ok, so this is really frustrating! ![]()
I currently have a custom keyboard mapping that allows me to:
- press tab to load a track into a deck
- press space to bring up the full browser menu
Two things are happening with these features that I really donāt understand:
- I used to be able to press tab just once for the track selected in my browser. It would then load that track automatically to the first available (as in: no track playing) deck. For instance, if deck A & B were playing and Iād press tab, only deck C would be loaded with the track.
This somehow, isnāt possible anymore. I just canāt seem to find the function āload selected onto next available trackā anymore. Iāve kinda fixed it by duplicating this command so that when I press tab, all decks get loaded with the track (except for decks that are playing) but itās not ideal. Anyone know where I can find this?
- When I press space, the full browser screen comes up which allows me to easily look for tracks. But when I lower this screen to play, I notice that sometimes for some unbeknown reason Traktor throws me out of the playlist I was looking in. It switches to some unknown playlist of which I donāt know its existence - it certainly doesnāt look familiar except for the tracks in there which seem like the older tracks in my collection. My guess is Iāve ticked a wrong box in the preferences or did a wrong mapping.
These are really annoying issues, would be very grateful if someone could help me out!
