I’m in Brussels this weekend . Any good nights? I know about Fuse, but what other clubs you recommend? Where’s the best nightlife?
There are some okay nights in Kultuur Kaffee, but that isn’t a weekly thing. Also a very young crowd, maybe not your thing.
I’d check out Fuse if you don’t have a problem with drugs. 
Also, it might be fun to visit a bar and try out some nice beers instead of going to a nightclub.
