Can some one help me id this ridiculously well known song please

Firstly i can’t apologise enough for asking such a stupid question but what is the song after dead prez about 7.30
Its killing me, i no iv got it in my library somewhere but i can’t remember remotely what its called , theres just the introduction bit in the vid

done abit more digging knowing diplo i assumed it was some sort of bootleg or remix , think its this , not sure tho
