Can someone help me with warping?

Hey I’m getting into Ableton and I’m trying to use warping i’m confused by all the different types of options. Can someone give me a quick breakdown of the steps. For example I just want to pull a 32 count instrumental loop from a rock song. Let’s say it’s tempo is 95.35. How do I warp it to an even 95 and just cut out the loop from the song?

Personally, I tend to warp full tracks and just export loops (or sections) as new tracks when I need to

Thanks for the video tutorials, makes more sense now thats for sure. I was also wondering what’s the best setting for exporting songs? and if there’s anyway to save the old track information to the song. I just warped Ray Charles i’ve got a woman and i’d like to have all the tag information saved.

Also after exporting is it wise to put it through Platinum Notes or will that cause further degradation?
