Can't believe he actually used it...

Can’t believe he actually used it…

Dude actually DJ’d with it at the club…I figured it would be home use only…lol

lol
We have a winner!
Do you think that he discovered the Touchscreen at DJTT ?
What is the car of this guy to transport that giant screen?

lol, guid.

He was drawing stuff on it prior also…hahahahaha. Carnival show!

And incase you weren’t quite sure who was spinning…his shirt said it all…lol

Filo and Peri have been on tour doing this set-up. I saw it in Chicago. I was not too impressed. I mean watching them use traktor isn’t all that exciting. They did traktor and the video cueing. Maybe if they played better it could have been better but they played bad house, when they should have played what they are known for, which is trance.

What the fuck are those 2 bell-ends talking about “bring the performance back into DJing”… They are DJing behind 2 windows… its total self indulgence.
Id rather see a guy beating the shit out of 2 CDJs that some numb-nuts standing behind a car windscreen pressing buttons that arent actually there.

And before someone comes in and says im denying the progression of controllerism… bite me… ive long said and stick by the opinion that those ‘vertical’ screens are simply self indulgent fads that are not good for the paying crowd.

+1

Gimmicky

its what sells i suppose

I had to laugh at that aswell.. This does not increase performance or anything their still basically doing the same thing as mixing one song into the other just on a big ass screen. And blocking out the dj is a big no no in my book. Unless it enhances the experience of the show like Richie Hawtin does with his live show.

well said karlos. I love it how they spend half there time talking slating djing for jumping up and down, then they spend the rest of the video jumping up and down behind there screens

that dj t-shirt is pretty cool.

you know what i hate

putting my 42’’ tv in my car when it broke.

jussayin

I got trolled…

On another note, I love how these guys think that by touching a flatscreen they are doing more than dj’ing.

Obviously the more gear you bring to a show the more of an “artist” you are.

Honestly after going to this show I was totally bummed on how bad the show was. My friend wanted me to go and I went this instead of going to see Axwell. That was a giant mistake. THe guys pretty much did exactly what you saw in the video. Jump around take his hat off and swing it around and press one or two buttons.

I’m always way more impressed with guys just banging it out on cdjs. This was a joke, I’m watching some guys mix on traktor…really? There was nothing visually appealing to it at all. All it does is take the mystery out of what they are doing…which is even dumber because now you can see them cue up a track and know whats coming next. The biggest part of djing is the crowd never knows what track in next.

Judge Jules afterward crush these clowns away…it was clearly obvious that visuals and perfect beat matching doesn’t beat a good experienced DJ who can mix his ass off.

maybe they are the house decks…

ohh how i have missed you 52" touch screen
