he was on a computer as well, the 2000s are just in addition to his normal setup… so rule out the portability factor…
I think LB explained this pretty well a little while back.
He’s still a Traktor user, but after releasing his latest album on USB, and with some of his recent events being endorsed by Pioneer, he’s been seen using only the DJM 2000 mixer and CDj set.
I was also curious about it, but I think its also about preference. Now these days carrying around your entire collection on 2 USB’s as opposed to a laptop and controller/DVS, is much easier.
he has been using them for about a year now…not really breaking news i guess lol

he probably got a set of CDJ2000s x2 + DJM2000 in exchange of using them ? as in endorsed by pioneer?
