well, if you are a big fan of buena vista social club i think i must disappoint you, because i think this remix have not much really to do with the style and the typical cuba groove of buena vista social club. i used a sample and worked with that the whole track. for my part i like it of course, but maybee for a fan it’s to much monotone/tech?

I am also a massive fan buena vista social club, that is a nice job of cutting up the guitar sound, not my proffered style of music, but this is a nice little relaxing tune, the little break you have 5.41 in should have been featured ab bit more i like that bit :smiley:

Thx for the feedback.i’m quite new to remixing. For me it’ sounds ok but maybee just because i remixed it myself. When someone other had remixed it exactly the same way it would be sound different in my ears i think. Difficult to explain… What ever… :slight_smile:

In my opinion it’s difficult to make a track more popular. I posted it on facebook, on soundcloud and here and have just about 80 visits and some feedback. What do you guys do in general to make it more popular? “just make a good track” i know… :slight_smile:
