changing the sound of stuff that comes out of the microphone

Hello, need some help with searching for good product(hardware or software) that can :

-be able to change in real time timbre and pitch of sound/voice from microphone (any recording software must recognize it)

-be able to add effects to the sound/voice (in real time)

-it must have low latency, good quality (so it doesn’t waste the quality of sound that comes from good microphone)

-it can’t clip or lag the sound/voice

So I found that podfarm is able to add effects to the voice/sound (in real time) but is it able (after configuring) to change the timbre and pitch? someone know?

I tried morphvox pro but I had some problems with it like voice clipping and other.

my budget 190$

This is way out of my price range but it gives me an idea what to look for.

Any cheaper solutions?

Basicly I need something that will not waste the quality of sound that comes from good microphone and be able to edit timbre and pitch, maybe add effects, in real time.
