The melodies actually compliment each other more than I was expecting. I think there are some spots that feel a little out of sync though. The first chorus sounds a little fast, and there should be some sort of percussion hit when it starts, or a noise sweep or something to accent the fact that the chorus is kicking in. Great idea.
