i just got a vci-100 how do i connect it to a JBL JRX115 ,pv215 or a pyle pro PPHP1592A

The VCI-100 does not have a sound card, it strictly a midi controller. You will need a separate sound card, something like the Audio 2 DJ available in the DJTT store.
